Adding New Records and Closing Records - Link work ticket to customer request

Sometimes, customer requests are created without knowing there are relevant existing work tickets.

 

This feature is to link them up. 

 

There is a   button in the work ticket detail form used for this action.

 

If you could not see it, please refer to the layout customisation page.

 

After clicking the button, it will pop up a list of available customer requests.

 

Select the customer request you want to link to and click Assign button. 

 

It will link the work ticket to the selected customer request.
